Project Overview:
The Birmingham Bajan Heritage Project is a year-long initiative that aims to document, preserve, and celebrate the cultural identity and lived experiences of the Bajan (Barbadian) community in Birmingham. Through storytelling workshops, culinary heritage sessions, oral history recordings, and a final public exhibition, the project will build a lasting legacy of British-Bajan culture in the UK. The project is being supported through a grant from The National Lottery Heritage Fund.

Role Purpose:
We are seeking a Community Heritage Project evaluation consultant to work alongside our Project Co-ordinator in producing an evaluation report, with recommendations, for the delivery of this creative and community-driven heritage initiative. You will need to produce a draft copy of the evaluation report by Tuesday 4th August 2026. The final report will be due by Tuesday 25th August 2026.
